Visitor Guidelines

• Visitors must be Covid symptom free.
• Visitors must be screened at Piatt County Nursing Home entrance by kiosk or paper.
• Visitors must wear a well-fitting mask that covers the nose and mouth at all times. No eating or drinking is allowed at this time.
• Visitors must perform hand hygiene.
• Visitors must alert staff should they become symptomatic with Covid like symptoms within 3 days of their visit
